PFTL101
The Presductor Pillow Block horizontal pressure measuring element is an ideal choice for applications characterized by low tension, heavy rollers, and high operating speeds, which often occur in the paper industry.
PillowBlock has three versions: the standard version PFTL 102A/B is commonly used for precise measurements in the paper industry, such as paper machines, calenders, coating machines, and winding machines.
For measuring the tension of the roll paper in the dryer section of the paper machine, it is recommended to use the factory load type PFTL 101AE/BE. This version has a fixed connection cable and protection level of IP 66, providing accurate and reliable measurements with a long service life.
Acid resistant version, PFTL 101AER/BER, designed specifically for the wet end of paper machines, with a protection level of IP 66/67.
