Bently 3500 is an advanced mechanical condition monitoring system developed by Bently Nevada, widely used in various industrial fields, especially in the oil, gas, and power industries. This system provides continuous online vibration monitoring to protect rotating machinery from premature or unnecessary shutdowns.

High precision measurement:
The Bently 3500/53 detection module can provide accurate vibration and displacement measurement data, and monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time.
Other models such as 3500/42M also have high-resolution measurement capabilities and can respond quickly.
Multiple monitoring parameters:
The system can monitor various parameters including vibration, displacement, velocity, etc., providing important information for early identification of mechanical faults such as unbalance, misalignment, shaft cracks, and bearing failures.
For example, the 3500/46M water pressure monitor can accept inputs from proximity, seismic, and air gap sensors, and provide various vibration and displacement measurements by comparing calibration signals with user programmable alarms.
