The TSXASZ200 module provides the basic direct current (DC) power supply required to operate compatible PLCs (programmable logic controllers) in the Telemecanique Modicon TSX series.
It converts the input AC line voltage from a wide range (possibly due to the “universal” name) to the desired DC voltage level with appropriate amperes.
Then the DC power is supplied to the PLC, which is responsible for receiving sensor data, processing information for control purposes, and controlling other equipment within the automation system
